Welcome to our team fundraising page! Team Zach was started in 2015 by two very dear friends looking for a way to honor Zach who we lost earlier in the year. Through Zach's short life we benefited from many of the spealities at Children's Wisconsin and along our journey were treated with great care and compassion. It is our honor to be able to give back to the organization in memory of our son (and brother) in order to benefit so many more families. Teams have a huge impact on the success of Briggs & Al’s Run & Walk and we are glad you are here.

Why are we doing this?

The short answer is that we want to help kids, and can’t think of a better organization to support than Children’s Wisconsin.

The longer answer is that by running or walking in this event, the funds I raise support care for kids, from life-saving cancer and heart treatments all the way to life-changing community care. Every day, Children’s is working to make Wisconsin kids the healthiest in the nation and our support and fundraising is critical to this work.

Support from people like you has made possible many of Children’s amazing accomplishments and has helped to pave the way for an exciting future.

Your donation paves the way for an exciting future that:

• Drives research to eradicate disease and innovate how we care for kids today and well into the future
• Funds programs and services that help kids cope with illness, injury and trauma inside the walls of our facilities and out in the community
• Transforms the future of mental and behavioral health through early detection, increased access and reduced stigma

Walking as a team at Briggs & Al’s Run & Walk is a huge shout of support to the kids cared for by Children’s, and raises critical funds to support their care. It’s also a lot of fun, with family-friendly activities and entertainment all the way!
